When I first saw the Japanese Head Spa, I knew this was a treatment I personally needed! I am the owner of The Pantry Coffee House in Willingdon Village, and Dillies Doughnuts, so life is busy, and prioritising well being, and relaxation has become really important to me. With no nearby locations, I took the opportunity to create a space within the heart of Sussex, where we can all enjoy the unique experience of the Head Spa. We all need time to relax, recuperate and revive.

When Ella approached me about joining The Head Spa, I loved the idea! I pride myself on my massage technique, love holistic treatments, and well being, so this was right up my street! I always want my clients to feel comfortable, and relaxed when coming to treatments with me. Being able to combine multiple techniques including massage, pressure points, deep cleansing, and facial treatments, is an amazing way to promote relaxation, and something I can't wait to implement within The Head Spa - Level 3 Qualified.
